Website Scans

When you submit a URL, the service loads the public website, checks technical signals, and returns a report. Do not submit private, internal, or password-protected URLs.

The service may process the submitted URL, request metadata, response status, page HTML, image and link metadata, your IP address for rate limiting, and technical logs needed to operate the service.

Use only public URLs without passwords, login tokens, signed access links, or personal information. Recognized sensitive query parameters and embedded credentials are blocked, but automatic checks cannot recognize every private URL. URL fragments are removed. Scan requests use GET and HEAD only; the service does not submit forms or forward your browser cookies or login credentials.

Successful reports for public URLs without query parameters may be shared from a temporary server cache for up to 30 minutes. Submitted URLs and final redirect URLs with query parameters are excluded from that cache. Reports and downloaded files can contain the submitted URL and public page metadata, so review them before sharing.

Third-Party Services

For public URLs without query parameters, the service may send the URL to Google PageSpeed Insights to collect Lighthouse and Core Web Vitals data. PageSpeed is skipped for URLs with query parameters. Cloudflare provides hosting and network protection and may process connection metadata and operational logs. Optional detailed outbound-request tracing is disabled. If advertising is enabled, Google AdSense or another ad provider may process cookies, device data, and ad interaction data according to the consent choices shown to the user.

Local Storage

The browser stores recent scan history and manual checklist progress locally on your device. You can clear scan history in the scanner and reset checklist progress on the checklist page.

URLs with query parameters, fragments, or embedded credentials are not saved in recent scans. Existing entries of that kind are removed when the scanner loads, if your browser permits storage updates. If storage is blocked or full, scanning still works without saving history.
